WELCOME TO MAMA EVOLVING

I'm Rachel Guglietti, mama to Luca, American living in Amsterdam, and a certified life coach with over 10 years of corporate experience and 6 years of people development. It is my mission to help every mama feel empowered and thrive in her life and in her career.

My journey began when I became a mama - I felt like I both found and lost myself in motherhood. Being a mama is the first time in my life I ever had that "wow I am meant to do this" feeling. But I also felt like I had totally lost touch with the woman who was so eager to climb the ladder prior to having a baby. I couldn't envision how I would balance work and life now, feeling like I was constantly pulled in two opposite directions. So I went on a mission to explore my new identity - I realigned with my core values, read tons of books, sought out support, and took time away from the corporate world to focus on myself. Through all of this work, I noticed that I had evolved - I was sleeping better (despite the nightly baby wakings), I felt less stressed, and most importantly, I had a renewed energy to show up where it mattered most - for myself, my baby, and our family. I decided that I wanted to be the resource for every mama that I wish I had. I became a certified coach, specifically trained in the transition to motherhood. And so Mama Evolving was born.

 

At Mama Evolving, my coaching style is all about support and solutions, centered on you and your journey. I draw on the power of design thinking and positive psychology to help you find clarity and take confident steps toward your goals. I provide tailored support based on your unique situation. Wherever you're feeling stuck, I'm here to help untangle things and walk with you toward your goals. It doesn't matter where you are right now; we focus on where you want to go. Because I believe that you can be a mama AND feel better than ever.
